THE SPACE

The apartment, approximately 20 sqm, has been recently renovated and newly furnished, offering a functional and welcoming space ideal for two guests.



The interiors feature a warm and harmonious palette: walnut, beige, and wood tones blend with white walls and deep green accents, creating an elegant and balanced atmosphere.



It is located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator up to the fifth floor, followed by one flight of stairs.



The sleeping area includes a double bed designed to ensure comfort and restful sleep.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and chairs, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking independently, including dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans.



The bathroom is complete and functional.



The apartment also features a washing machine, air conditioning, and TV, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.



OTHER DETAILS

Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.



The host, an experienced property manager, will be available during your stay.



Guests are kindly asked to respect the residential building: please close the elevator doors properly, follow recycling guidelines, and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).



There is no reserved parking; public parking spaces or nearby private garages are recommended.

Porta Venezia metro station (M1 – red line) is about a 5-minute walk away.

Repubblica metro station (M3 – yellow line) is also within walking distance.
