SELF CHECKIN

The apartment features a self check-in system, which means you can arrive whenever it suits you — with total privacy and no need for keys. Pretty great, right?

Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to check in online.

This step is mandatory and must be completed at least 24 hours before your arrival — but don’t worry, it only takes a couple of minutes.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located in the Porta Venezia area, one of Milan’s most vibrant and cosmopolitan neighborhoods. Just steps away is Corso Buenos Aires, one of the longest shopping streets in Europe, offering a wide variety of stores. You'll also find international restaurants, historic cafés, wine bars, and top pastry shops nearby. In 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Indro Montanelli Gardens, the Modern Art Gallery, and the Natural History Museum. The Duomo and the Fashion District are just 15 minutes away. A central, dynamic, and well-connected area.

GETTING AROUND

The apartment is well connected and easily accessible by public transport. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the Porta Venezia metro station (M1 – red line), which takes you to San Babila and Piazzale Loreto in just two stops, and provides quick access to the city's most central areas. The nearby suburban railway line (Passante Ferroviario) is also especially convenient for guests arriving from Malpensa Airport.

Trams 9 and 19 run along the city’s main ring road and connect you easily to central neighborhoods, while the NM1 night bus ensures connections even after dinner.

The area is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike, offering full freedom of movement.

Milan also offers a wide range of car-sharing, scooter/bike-sharing and e-scooter services (ShareNow, Enjoy, Cityscoot, BikeMi, and more), all easily accessible throughout the city.

CHARGES

The amount shown on the platform includes both the rental fee set by the property owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be clearly detailed in the rental agreement and will result in two separate accounting documents issued to the guest at check-out.

• We provide a cleaning kit for guests to use during their stay if they wish.

• We operate in full compliance with local regulations and all additional safety and cleanliness guidelines.

We also work with professional cleaners who deep-clean the apartment after every stay to ensure it’s in perfect condition for incoming guests.
