Living room and kitchen

Upon entering you’ll find the welcoming and peaceful day area, filled with plenty of natural light coming from the French windows that open out onto the nice balcony with lovely views of Milan. The room has a comfortable sofa and an armchair that stand out against the backdrop of the light yellow walls and the white furniture. There is also an inviting single sofa bed.

The day area comes complete with an open-plan kitchen: offering plenty of space, it perfectly matches the style of the living room and is equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite meals, including a functional dining table located in front of the sofa.

Bedrooms

The night area is composed of two double bedrooms: the first one has plenty of space and natural light, and it features a wall painted in bright green also used for some details of the bed. Here you’ll feel at home thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. The second bedroom is similar to the living room: the walls and the bed are both light yellow - the bed also has some gray details. The ample natural light, the pastel palette and the charming views from the window make the room seem larger.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms with everything you need, including shower stall. They are both very similar with a combination of yellow and ochre-colored tiles. There is also a cabinet of dark wood.



CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE

We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.



RULES TO BE OBSERVED



-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
