I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing from start to finish.
The check-in process was a complete disaster. Instead of a simple, reliable system, access to the property depends on a web-based door unlocking platform that constantly fails. It took multiple attempts every single time just to get the door to unlock. Standing outside trying over and over again is not just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable, especially after a long day.
The room itself was no better. The heating system was not working properly, and the space was consistently cold. This made the stay uncomfortable and, frankly, affected my health.
Attention to basic hospitality was also shockingly poor. For a 5-day stay for two people, only three coffee capsules were provided. While these may be considered “complimentary,” this level of stinginess feels careless and even a bit insulting. It reflects a lack of thought toward guest comfort.
What made everything worse was the host’s attitude. Communication was poor throughout, and instead of acknowledging the issues, they repeatedly denied that any problems existed. There was no effort to resolve anything or offer support.
Overall, this property fails in the fundamentals: access, comfort, and service. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
