Among these, the Navigli area represents a beating heart, a perfect blend of the city's glorious past and its modern, vibrant soul. The Navigli are ancient waterways, part of a complex hydraulic system that contributed to the economic and commercial development of the city.



The Navigli area is a true symbol of Milan, loved by both residents and tourists. By day, it presents itself as a tranquil refuge where you can walk along the banks, admire historic architecture, visit art galleries, and craft shops. By night, it transforms into one of the nerve centers of nightlife, with bars, restaurants, and clubs offering entertainment until late.



The Navigli area is an important cultural hub. Contemporary art galleries, temporary exhibitions, and artists' studios overlook the canals, making this area a point of reference for art enthusiasts. Furthermore, events like the Navigli Design District during the Fuorisalone demonstrate the central role of the Navigli in Milan's design scene.

Getting Around:

The Naviglio Pavese area, one of the emblematic canals that characterize the Milanese urban landscape, is well served by an efficient public transport network, facilitating access for both residents and visitors.



The Milan Metro line M2 (green) with stations Romolo and Porta Genova are located less than 1km away and can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes, ensuring quick and direct connections to the city center, other metropolitan areas, and key connecting points such as the Malpensa Express, Cadorna Station, and Orio Al Serio.



In addition, several tram and bus lines cross the area, including tram lines 3 and 9. These surface services complement the metro, offering flexibility and extensive coverage in connecting various parts of the neighborhood with the rest of the city, making the Naviglio Pavese area easily accessible and enjoyable for everyone.



For those arriving by car, there is the option to park either for a fee or for free in the Viale Liguria area. Near the apartment, parking spaces marked in yellow are reserved for residents' cars and are not available for the travelers. Lastly, we recommend not entering Via Giosuè Borsi, as it is part of a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), to avoid fines.



Other Things to Note:

Early or late check-in, late check-out, and additional sets of bed linens or towels may incur a small extra fee to be settled upon arrival.

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.

Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.
