Most things were great. I was in town for refashion week and unfortunately I forgot my jacket in the apartment. I checked out early so I had many hours to organise a solution. I called the property manager and informed Tomasso that I had left my jacket in the apartment. He acknowledged the issue and said he would call the cleaning crew and arrange for its collection. 2 days go by without follow up so I call back. I seal to another agent. This agent was familiar with the issue and has Tomassos phone. She confirmed that the jacket was located and asked me to provide instructions for its collection. My family lives in Milan so I had my cousins contact Tomasso. no reply. I’m informed of the issue so I call, after some time ai speak to another agent, which apologized to me for not being close to the phone. 4 days pass with no action. We then call back, I ask to speak to Tomasso. To proasso to get te office address co my cousin can come and collect the jacket. And at this point I was told that, in fact, no jacket wa found inside my apartment, and them at the jacket we have been speaking about for the last week belonged to another guest at another apartment. I was appalled, and this is purely and simply Bad BUSINESS! It was an expensive jacket, they were notified immediately, they said they had then jacket, only to be told a week later that they can’t tell the difference between a white jacket (‘one) and a green jacket! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
