A comfortable and bright 40-square-meter apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (please note: 2 steps to reach it), just a few minutes’ walk from Piazzale Loreto, where you’ll find the M1 (red line) and M2 (green line) subway stations.

The apartment is in a residential area of the city, with a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, as well as cafes and bakeries.

Paid parking is available in blue-line zones (free at night, on Sundays, and on holidays).

The apartment (once you exit the elevator on the first floor) is accessible via a shared outdoor balcony.
