We were denied access to the pool because the room was “flagged”. Had to make multiple trips to different offices in the building and reach out to the host to get it straightened out. Went back the next day and one of us (went in separately) had the same issue. No internet for two of the 3 days, which meant no TV. Cable company said it was probably due to nonpayment. Luckily, none of us had to work, but it was annoying, had hotel people up there 3 times and finally it worked on the 3rd day. Coming from a cold city up north, the pool was a priority for us and tv issue was a hassle. Owner should’ve checked these things before we arrived.
