Enjoy full access to the condo and common spaces, but please no smoking on the balcony, inside the condo, or on the property. Notify us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. Your host will greet you onsite. Regular check-in time is 4 PM to 8 PM (*late check-in fees apply after regular hours). No check-ins allowed after 9pm. We provide all the basics, including linens, pillows, towels, cookware, and dishes. Guests are responsible for laundry (towels), washing dishes, and emptying garbage. Personal hygiene and cleaning supplies are not provided. Notify us of your estimated departure time at least 24 hours before check-out. Maximum check-out time is 10 AM (*late check-out fees apply if departing after regular hours). Late check-outs must be approved by the property's team in advance. Minimum age for reservation: 21 years old.
