«Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! «I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed. ...
