«My stay at this hotel was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. I was charged an additional fee for parking, yet there were no available spaces in either parking lot. The room itself was unacceptable. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there was no hot water, and, most concerning, the doors would not lock properly, creating a serious safety issue.»

«Typical urban area. It's street stuck parking limited. Nice layout, felt secure. Price is right. Didn't even spend a full day there but in the evening when I got back I took a shower and I didn't notice because of the shower curtain that they had resurfaced the bathtub at some very past point and it surely needs to be done again or replaced the caulking and all was bad on it. «The hotel did not disappoint. The room, the tub and especially the shower was the best. We also loved the view. Would come back again and get the same room. We had the presidential suite.»

«I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of ...
