«This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! «I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.»

«This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting ...

«Property was located at end of board walk, about 2 blocks. It was nice to have the quietness and accessibility of the beach by not being on the boardwalk, but a very close walk to enjoy it. The wrap around balcony was also nice to have more views. Property manager was very responsive. Parking was always available. Having a pool and the residents there were always pleasant and welcoming. Would visit again.»

«The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay.»

«Convenient to everything with walking. Only one parking spot and we had two cars but easily found free parking for 2nd car short distance away. Property manager was very responsive and answered all questions almost immediately. Nothing was broken or unusable, and everything was clean and as promised...unlike the other property we rented last year (last year was NOT the same rental company as this one!). I recommend for a convenient (walking) stay near the beach, boardwalk, restaurants.»
