The hotel has been without water for 5 hours to the building and the hotel staff has done nothing to alleviate this issue except wait for water to be fixed. Now we have disgusting toilets that cannot be flushed and still no sign of water. What is worse when I came down they did not know that the water was not fixed. Nobody was keeping on top of this, checking and making contingencies like bringing in big 5L/10L bottles of water for the guests.

This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. The star of the hotel, though, is the gentleman who oversees the property. He was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to give recommendations, make reservations, and ensure the guests felt well taken care of. I will return on my next visit to Avignon.
