«Gran hotel recomendado»

«AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!»

«The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).»

«Our stay here was exactly what we needed. The room was large and well maintained with a balcony overlooking surrounding hills and the small pool. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was not busy while we were there and was quiet and we were entertained by the Bird life in the surrounding trees. «The staff is what saved this resort. Every single staff member is truly amazing. Resort needs a deep clean overall. Lots of broken tiles in pools. Beach chairs are filthy. On plus side. «Only great things to say! We stayed for part of our trip of our honeymoon, and wish we could have stayed here longer. We had the king bed, with the swim up pool, and it was awesome. Big bathroom, spacious room, semi private pool/ patio area. The restaurants were awesome, Lia being our favorite! The menus were elevated and the drinks were good!
