This place is NOT and SHOULD NOT be considered a hotel, it should not be considered a place to stay for anyone thinking about it. Reasons: hard bed which is extremely uncomfortable, single long pillow that has no support at all, gave us 1 towel for 2 people and when we requested an extra that’s “not apart of the reservation”, blinds in our room were broken, no bedside table. The biggest issue was from 9pm to at least 2AM, kids were screaming and running down the halls, this place is not mentioned on Expedia to be a place that houses and teaches kids but that’s exactly what it is. If your going to have people staying here for short term stays, PUT THEM WHERE KIDS ARE NOT, me and my girlfriend were unable to sleep because of the hard bed, lousy pillow, and kids that should know better screaming and yelling all night long, if your thinking about staying here, spend your money elsewhere and stay somewhere where teenage delinquents that are unsupervised aren’t.
Staff was friendly ish and place was overall clean but cannot let all of the other nonsense go, in 21 years of my life I have never stayed at a worse place, please seek to stay elsewhere.
