Bright, exterior-facing, and quiet 70-meter apartment for 4 people. Ideal for a vacation or working in Madrid, as it’s well-located in a very convenient area. A great option for your stay, as it’s larger than average (70 m²), plenty of natural light (most apartments are interior-facing or on lower floors), and an elevator. Located in central Madrid, a 5-minute metro ride from Avenida América, Cartagena, and Prosperidad. Just 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus station and the Bernabéu Stadium. Comfortable apartment with three rooms: living room, bedroom, and bathroom, all with large windows that let in natural light (most apartments in the neighborhood are on the first floor or interior units with less light and overlook pedestrian walkways). The bed features a latex mattress and pillows with cotton sheets. It features a double bed and an additional sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV (Fire TV), air conditioning, and heating. - Trash must be taken out at the end of the day and placed in the communal bins located in front of the elevator door. - Access is free thanks to the keybox located in the building’s entrance. Paid parking: €15/day. Must be reserved in advance. There are two parking spaces for four apartments, so they may not be available at the time of booking.
