Welcome to our flat!

The place is perfect for couples, families or friends, as it can accommodate up to 8 people.

It has a spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed and TV. It also has a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which has all the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery.

Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the third bedroom has a double bed, all with bed linen and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Centro is a bustling district in the heart of the city. Here you'll find some of Madrid's most famous attractions, including El Retiro Park, Plaza de España, the Royal Palace of Madrid, and the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and shopping opportunities at the trendy Círculo de Bellas Artes and the beautiful Mercado de la Reina. If you're looking for a central location in Madrid, Centro is the place to be.

The apartment is within walking distance of two metro stations, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo, making it convenient for tourists to get around.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Check-ins after 9 PM until midnight will have an extra cost of 30€, and check-ins after midnight will have an additional charge of 55€. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Unfortunately probably my worst stay in a rental. Most of the issue centered around the check in process, which was handled by a 3rd party vendor. We were sent to a key locker that had no one on site, and it turned out the key code was incorrect and there was no one to help us. We were just off a long haul flight, had all of our luggage on the street, it was 36 celsius, and were basically stranded. Turns out the keys were at another address 5 blocks away. In a bar, which was completely unclear. The flat itself was fine, although we did have multiple power outages. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

Great apartment , hard to get in

Apartment Is great, cute and modern decor. Getting the keys was very complicated. Had to go to several different locations, was given two addresses to pick up the keys from, the insisted on going to one of the adddresses so I did but they couldn’t give them to me because I had the code for the other location. Went to the other location but it was a self service kiosk that was out of service. Went back to the location that they sent me to and after a long phone call that was long distance, they have me the right code. The whole process took more than an hour and we had all of our luggage with us. Returning the keys was equally hard. The place to return them iones at 10 am and we had to leave at 7 am. After 20 emails ( yes, 20) I returned them the night before which meant we couldn’t go anywhere that night. Once inside the building we had to go to apartment C but it’s not marked so we ended upKnocking on all of the apartments . Other than that, place was great and we loved staying in La Latina. Very lively part of Madrid

Was Better Once Drains Were Fixed

Property is in an apartment building, above a gym and across the street from a comedy club. At Verizon’s hours in the night we could hear people arguing and/or yelling at each other. The shower drains in both bathrooms were VERY slow and we needed to contact the mgr to have someone come unclog them. The batteries were dead in the TV remote control and one of the AC remotes.

Emplacement parfait

Bien situado, pero muy ruidoso

El apartamento está bien. Quizás para el precio que tiene (caro) te esperas más. Está limpio y muy bien situado. No obstante, se oye todo de los vecinos, que son ruidosos. Además hay un local de boxeo justo debajo que ponen música que se oye todo el día, por suerte por la noche para. Algunas de las camas son incómodas. Lo peor, no obstante, es la poca presión de agua que casi no sale para ducharse. No se pueden abrir dos grifos a la vez.

Séjour agréable

Séjour très agréable. L'appartement est propre et très bien placé. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied. Seul bémol, nombre de couverts insuffisants, loquet cassé et manque de pression d'eau pour se doucher. Cependant, le prestataire est à l'écoute et devrait traiter ces petits problèmes qui n'ont pas affecté notre plaisir de ce séjour à Madrid.

Great stay in Madrid

The property was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable. The communication with the host was wonderful! Prompt responses even as late as 11pm. We had a hard time using the key, but we got that figured out. There was music playing and loud voices in one of the apartments from 3pm until 9pm, but it was very quiet through the night after that.the location is great. Very easy walk to the sights. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot, just one bit of warning

We had a great time staying at this apartment. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to the Palacio Real, the museums, the Parque del Buen Retiro and more. The Rastro market was one street behind the apartment. We did use the metro and were very close to La Latina and just a bit further from the Tirso de Molina station. Getting the keys was just 4 minutes away and not a big problem. There were shops and cafes very close, along with a convenient baggage storage station. However, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights there was incredibly loud music and it was challenging for me to get to sleep. We are used to using sound machines and turning them all the way up did help dull the noise some. Luckily my kids (9 & 12) were so tired, they were able to fall asleep after a while and sleep through the noise, but not all people may be able to deal with it. It was so loud, and the bass so strong, that the apartment was vibrating. There is also a great Churreria a couple of doors down, but it is almost directly under this apartment and they would play loud music in the morning. Despite the loud music, we would stay again because the location and space was exactly what we wanted. We had a wonderful week here and would recommend the space to anyone who could deal with the music.becausewoustay

Great location

The location is great, and the apartment is nice and clean. However, I wish the key pick-up location was next door. I didn’t understand why it was three blocks away when there was another location just two apartments down. This was my only complaint. Management should consider moving the key pick-up closer to the apartment. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, and the place was amazing!"

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was good. The check in process was difficult as the keys were in a different location from the house and we had some difficulty walking with our luggage on the cobblestone streets for the 15 minute walk from the key storage location to the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

The apartment was fantastic for our family and we had a great stay!! Great location...easy to walk to everything. Air conditioning and laundry were really nice to have! Check in was easy and instructions were clear, but had to pick up keys from a separate location and walk 15-20 minutes to the apartment and then drop them off at the same location. Thank you for making our vacation in Madrid so fantastic!

Delightful little place

The property was conveniently situated close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The cozy ambiance won me over. Unfortunately, there were a couple of minor issues. The circuit breaker acted up, and the AC decided to take an unscheduled break on our last night. However, the staff promptly addressed these concerns, which I appreciated. Despite the glitches, I’d happily recommend this place. Its charm, cleanliness, and responsive staff overshadowed the minor inconveniences.
