Sol, a bustling neighborhood right in the heart of Madrid, is home to laid-back tapas bars, cafes with terraces, and pedestrian streets lined with shops. There are also museums, theaters, and architecturally significant buildings along Gran Vía, as well as lively spots like Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market, with food stalls, restaurants, wine bars, and a vibrant nightlife

🚫 Basic rules.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

Parties and events: Not permitted.

Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

🧹 Apartment Care

Leave the kitchen tidy, the utensils clean, and the trash in the appropriate bins.

Take care of the furniture and report any damage or loss of keys to our team.

🛏️ Your Stay

The accommodation includes bedding, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and utilities such as hot water, heating, and Wi-Fi.
