«Our experience was fantastic, plenty of space in the room and the view was incredible. «Excellent property right in the centre of Funchal. We stayed in the top floor apartment V, which had a lovely balcony that has a side view towards the see and sunshine from midday. The kitchen is full of all utensils and cleaning products. Tupperware came in handy to take on hikes with you. There are a couple of points to note. "This hotel is just fantastic! From the views and location, to the staff and the breakfast’s food (variety and quality). The Spa is also super nice and the infinity pool and lounge are dreamy. I can’t recommend this enough. We absolutely loved our stay. The room is very modern and comfortable. All the hotel facilities were amazing! Was easy to leave the car at their indoor parking, which was convenient. And last but not least, I have to praise Rafaela, that is at the hotel’s reception for her outstanding costumer service. I look forward to come back to Madeira and stay here again!"

"Hvis du skal tilbringe tid i sentrum, og er på jakt etter en luksusfølelse, men noe annet enn et Resort, så er dette hotellet for deg! Dette er mer et klassisk storbyhotell, men hvor du får det beste utgangspunktet for å oppleve det byen har å by på. Plasseringen er helt perfekt! Rommet vi fikk var veldig pent, både når det kommer til innredning, men også vedlikehold og renhold. De ansatte er utrolig hjelpsomme, og frokosten veldig bra. Jeg kan rett og slett ikke komme på noe å sette fingeren på. Anbefales!"

"Hotellet hadde en suveren beliggenhet! Flott bassengområde med saltvannsbasseng rett i tilknytning til bryggen med muligheter for sjøbad. Dette var unikt i et ellers flott hotell med store, deilige rom med balkong med utsikt. God frokost der jeg spesielt satte pris på omelettkokken."

"A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Everything was clean and of a high standard, with a great sea view. It was lovely to be able to swim in the sea, and the pools were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and many new items every day. The best part was the man who made fresh omelettes daily, increadibly service-minded, smiling and friendly. Second time at this hotel, and be back - love everything with it. Close to lovely restaurants and bus 9 to the airport. "
