Super Clean and Convenient

Great rental with plenty of space. Quick drive from the airport. Off street parking is super convenient. Host was very responsive. Will definitely try and stay again if I am ever in Culver City!

great location, great rental

The property is located at the optimum spot if you have car. within 15mins you will be able reach top places in LA. At unit everything is as described, no more no less. Very professional management, good communication.

Wonderful apartment

Well-equipped and clean apartment in a decent neighbourhood. Short ride on bus to Venice beach and great transport links to other areas of LA and California 5 minute walk to Vons supermarket and fast food outlets

This apt was great! Roomy, comfortable and pet friendly with a covered parking space. The pros: It is a great value, well located in Mar Vista and very clean. Fast wifi. Big closets. Multiple fans, extra pillows & blankets for sofa bed. Automated check-in with touchpad lock.The cons were really not bad and more FYI: The apt complex has some noise from neighbors (kids playing during day, heavy footed upstairs neighbor from 6-10pm). There is no microwave (but it has a stove & oven) and no air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans, just open the windows and apt will cool off. Not much direct sunlight so it stays cool, and the west side of LA is always cool at night. I needed a convenient place to stay with my pet for a few nights and this apt was perfect for my needs. Booking, check in & check out were all super easy.

Clean & Convenient Stay away from home

So thankful for all the fans since I arrived in LA to a heatwave. Could use a bit more kitchenware but still able to cook a meal and enjoy the space!

Review

The accomodation was great. We stayed in unit 1 downstairs. The experience was great. It was very clean. Had wifi, stove, oven, microwave, aircon, Tv and parking. The only downside was the noise from the people staying above us. Other than that it was a great safe location that was close everything we needed!!

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen Personen in der Ferienwohnung. Dafür ist sie groß genug mit vernünftigen Schlafplätzen. Die Küche ist auch sehr groß, ausgestattet mit Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Das Haus verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage, es sind viele große Ventilatoren verfügbar. Wir hatten einen eigenen Stellplatz Für unser Mietauto. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, nicht in der Nähe von mehrspurigen Straßen.

Property is clean. However, 1 standing fan was non-functional and 1 standing lamp was non-functional. 2 standing lamps had no shades (just bare lightbulbs). Also, lighting in the bedrooms are inadequate. This property is not appropriate for someone with high sensitivity to noise. We could hear the upstairs guest literally running from room to room. Finally, this property has no A/C or central cooling whatsoever. Even functioning fans will be inadequate during periods of higher ambient heat.

Almost perfect

The apartment was as advertised and is a great apartment itself. Beautiful kitchen and bath and quite spacious. Location great, communication with host was great. Very clean. The only thing that could improve is a few more basic kitchen items (maybe more knives, cutting board) and dressers in the bedrooms. You can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around so if you are a light sleeper, this might disturb you. Would rent again.

Family of 5 from NZ

We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled all the way from NZ with our 3 teenage kids. We all had a place to sleep, including the use of the fold out couch. The property was nice and clean and we even trained at a local gym which was a 2 minute walk away My only complaint was the noise from people staying above us. The floors are VERY thin and they were VERY noisy right up until 2 in the morning!! We could hear everything and I got barely any sleep for the first 2 nights. Thankfully they moved on after that and the rest of our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

Clean apartment

This apartment was in a convenient location, close to Marina del Rey and a short drive to SoFi Stadium. I didn't read the listing close enough, so I didn't realize there was no AC until my friend and I arrived. It was a bit stuffy, but there are a fans available. There's also a parking space that is slated for this unit, however, it was frequently taken, forcing us to park down the street. The unit was clean and suited us well for our needs during a long weekend.

A little overstated but nice

I booked this location for 7 nights. Location is great. Safe and convenient. Unit was very clean. WiFi horrible, almost non-existent. Host answers calls, responds that he will fix and does not follow up. So, we had no TV as internet went down. No iron. Laundry room/appliance extremely filthy - un-usable. Pots and pans unusable. However we just ate out for the entire time. The location made the stay enjoyable as restaurants and shops are close by.

Comfortable Stay

The apartment was clean, easily accessible and in a good location. Our family of 5 kids ages 14,10,10 had a comfortable stay. Walls are thin and you can hear people talking and walking upstairs but it wasn’t a huge problem. The pullout sofa was unfortunately dirty so my daughter slept on the couch instead. There were crumbs and stains on the pullout so we decided against it. We put a sheet over top of the couch and we made her sleeping arrangement work. Salt and Pepper would have been nice to have as a condiment. One or two more blankets would have been nice as well. Everything was very clean, served our purpose, check in and check out were very easy and no hassle at all. The parking space was a huge bonus!
