First, I arrived 2 hours early from the airport. I requested early check-in, but was not expecting it...just hopeful. My room was ready, so I was able to check-in FOR A FEE of $46. I have never encountered an early check-in fee upon arrival when there is a room available. Second, I was given a handicapped accessible room on a lower floor, which I was not informed of at check-in. I would have waited for a higher level room (noise concerns) that was not handi-capped accessible, but I was tired so I didn't complain. Third, I was not given the wi-fi code and could not contact the front desk by phone (was already in my PJ's). Fourth, the shower head was located in an incredibly terrible position and kept falling. Consequently the bathroom floor flooded with every shower. I did not spend time in my room during the day and did not want anyone conducting maintenance in my room while absent, so I dealt with it. Fifth, I arrived at the hotel fairly late each night and found the front door locked (Ubers drop off at front door), so I had to walk down the street to enter through the parking deck. There was a security guard at that hotel entrance, but I still had to get there late at night. Sixth, the hotel advertises on-site restaurant and bar. I had hoped to be able to get a diet coke each morning and a snack at the restaurant. The restaurant was still under construction. I basically paid for this amenity that was unavailable.The only pluses are the cleanliness and proximity
