«First of all let me say that this review has nothing against the staff. The staff was AMAZING! They are the ones that made this place. From the ladies who checked us in and assisted us, to Wes and Ben at the bar/restaurant, to all of the housekeeping and maintenance staff. This place would be nothing without them. «We have come to this hotel for many years and feel at home. This occasion was no exception, excellent treatment. As for the maintenance in general, I feel that it is failing, because in the shower faucet there were some "blue tapes" as if they were stopping it. We also got the impression that the cleanliness in general is not very good. Please take note of this, because your hotel is excellent and it would be a shame if it declined.»

«This is a very nice resort, it has all the amenities to be able to enjoy a quiet weekend getaway and never leave the property. The poolside service at the cabana we rented wasn’t great, and the cabana curtains could use some maintenance, so I don’t think I would rent one again. The only reason it got the rating that it did was because while it's been updated, and the rooms are beautiful, the water pressure for the shower was horrible.. The area around the hotel was rough. And there was no mention in reviews about that. The taxi driver that dropped us off has to warn us about the area. And the rooms are definitely tiny for the cost.
