«The Lodge was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was large. We loved having the restaurant available to us, especially since all other eating establishments closed very early, and the food was good. We enjoyed the outside patio and the location was perfect for us. We would definitively stay there again next time we visit Mount Lemon.»

Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.

They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room.
