«Great Room layout and very clean»

«The staff was nice and it seems like a hip type of place that a younger crowd would really enjoy. I like that it was gated because that neighborhood was seemingly not the best. I did not feel unsafe. What I didn’t like were the hard beds and the mystery stains on the walls a bedding. I tried wiping some of the orange stain off the wall and I think it was spray tan. Overall, if it was cheap I’d say go for it but it is a bit too expensive for what you get. »

«The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. «Upon arrival the front desk clerk would not check us into a room. The room was prepaid for hours bedore we checked in. My brother had just got out of the hospital and could barely walk and needed a room for the night, because she thought he couldnt walk to his room she refused to check him in and said she didnt have any rooms. «This is clearly a live-in hotel as some of the places were very warn and old looking. There was a hole in one of these windows with signs of aging telling me it had been there a while. Our room was aged but in good condition. Water was not hot but aside from that I have no complaints about the room or the staff. Staff were kind. »

«Do not beleive the website photos. It is a dirty hotel that people primarily live in. Its only $40 a night for good reason. Stay away from this one»

«I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!»

«This was one of the funnest places I have ever stayed! The murals and artwork and decor throughout the entire property where amazing and so unique. The rooms were really fun and each one different and original. The staff was really helpful and there was a great walking/biking path nearby that went for miles with beautiful mountain views and cactus everywhere in Santa Cruz Park. The pool was beautiful and if we ever get a chance, we will be back.»

«First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. »
