There was an obviously pre-existing plumbing leak in one of the single bedrooms that keaked on the bed when someone showered so we had to move the bed out of the way. «We had a great stay. The apartment makes very efficient use of space and felt comfortable for our group. We arrived very late for check-in, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. We also had a quick question about the space during our stay, and they came out immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. «This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!»

Die Fenster sind undicht, es kommt kalte Luft her, was das schlafen sehr unangenehm macht, da das Bett direkt am Fenster ist. Warmwasser dauert lange bis es dann warm ist und man duschen kann. Hier fehlt der Hinweis dazu. Das Appartement war leider nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir selber Hand angelegt und durchgewischt haben. »
