Hours before check-in the host contacted me off the VRBO platform to let me know that they had an error on their part and the address of the listing is wrong. «Disappointed with this stay. The property was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. I found a torn couch, dirty bathroom with leftover soap from previous guests, dirty refrigerator, worn towels, and overall poor cleanliness. «The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor.
