This hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near 4-star quality.
While a few front desk employees were polite, the spa staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. In particular, a tall young man working at the spa bar was openly unfriendly and made the experience unpleasant.
The pool area was dark and uncomfortable, almost intimidating. While swimming with my children, we were told by staff to keep our voices down, which is completely inappropriate in a swimming pool. On top of that, the sunbeds were worn out, old, and full of holes.
The so-called gym is a joke. It was a tiny room with only three treadmills and nothing else—no weights, no equipment. Calling this a fitness center is misleading.
The breakfast was poor, with very limited choice and low quality.
Our room on the 4th floor felt like an attic, with ceilings so low that I hit my head multiple times. The elevators were a nightmare, with long waiting times and constant delays.
Overall, this hotel is badly managed, outdated, and misleadingly advertised. It is absolutely not worthy of a 4-star rating, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families.
