An awful place ever!
some of personel didn't have an appropriate behavior.
also none of them could speak english, even a single word!!
in our booking information it was stated that our room in 35 squared meter but it was around 18, even when we asked about that they had a bad behavior and said that's how it is! if you don't want that you can leave!!!!
in the website it was also mentioned that we can have a free parking for our car as an option, but when we asked for that they said street is the free parking!!!!
next day we asked for an iron. they gave it and said you have just 5 minutes to use it not more!!!! my brother had a seperate room, when he asked for iron they said hotel has no iron!!! what??? you can send your clothes to a dry cleaning.
about the cleaning, we found used shaving razors in the bathroom belonging to previous travelers, and they remaind there till the last day. also inside the shelvs in the bathroom there were lots of tiny insects.
there are also a lot more about that hotel, but just can say that was the worst experience ever. my husband and I became so pissed off becasue it was a kind of our honey moon and marriage travel and we had invited our family members from different countries and places to get gather together.
we had 3-4 rooms for about 16 days and didn't expect that behavior.
