"Helt grei"

"We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and discovered bed bugs on night 4. We have photos as proof. Despite this, staff initially dismissed our concerns and only moved us to a new room after we insisted. They later steamed our belongings, but only after repeated requests. Because of this incident, one of us missed an important professional concert opportunity, which was a major reason for visiting. This was extremely disappointing and had real career consequences. The hotel staff told us they could only refund two nights because the reservation was made through Hotels.com. We confirmed directly with Hotels.com and with a hotel industry professional that this is not true. The hotel lied to us. Even after acknowledging photo evidence of bed bugs, they refused to take responsibility for the full stay. The situation caused significant stress, worry about bringing bed bugs home (which can cost thousands to eliminate), and major disruption to our trip. We are now dealing with steam-cleaning and freezing luggage to avoid contamination. A hotel should never: • deny evidence of bed bugs • mislead guests about refund rights • do the bare minimum only after pressure We are requesting a full refund, as we did not receive the service we paid for, and the stay was significantly impacted. Avoid this hotel. Not only because of bedbugs, but because of how poorly they handled the situation."

"Alt var glimrende! Hotellet ligger svært sentralt, med hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Rommet var stort og komfortabelt, og sengene var veldig gode. Både frokost i resturantene var gode og det var også «grab & go» - frokostene. Anbefales på det varmeste!"

"Great stay.Right in the middle of everything.Great resturants and foodplaces just around the corner.The people at the front desk was awesome and we got help straight away with when the ac broke down and to have a car service back to the airport at the end of our stay.Room was clean.They had an icemachine at the 4th floor.We used it a lot since it was so hot outside.We had a great stay.Nothing to complain about for us at the Paramount hotel on 46 th."

"Veldig fornøyde med servicen og hotellet. Det er jo gammelt og litt slitent, men det har jo sin sjarm det også. Ligger sentralt til også. Brukte undergrunn litt som lå rett ved første kryss. Bare å bestille."
