✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of coffee pods, tea, salt, pepper, oil, a few trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry pods.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large driveway. Please understand that the neighborhood does not allow street or yard parking, nor parking over the sidewalk.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free fiber internet available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the primary suite.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, kids’ tableware, baby monitor, and retractable baby safety gates on every floor for peace of mind.
✹ PET-FRIENDLY: Four-legged family members are welcome, but must be approved in advance. Please note a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet applies.

We are available and will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door – guests will be provided with a code before check-in.
✹ The primary renter must be 25 years old and above.
✹ The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests (up to 8 adults over 13 years old). For groups larger than 8, a fee of $50 per night per guest is added to the reservation.
✹ Early check-ins (before 4PM) and late checkouts (after 10AM) may be accommodated, subject to fees and availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.
✹ A 7-night minimum stay applies to reservations over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/- 1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.
✹ As with all properties managed by Dreamscape Properties, Salt Key is located in a high-end quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.
