The space
Upon entering the home you will quickly notice large sliding glass doors provide perfect daylight and views of the Italian marble patio, designer pool, and waterways of Fort Lauderdale. The property is just 2 homes off the point, displaying gorgeous expansive views of the bay known as “Middle River” with the ocean less than 30 minutes away by boat. You can observe beautiful boats, jet ski’s, and even paddle boarders passing by.

Outside the master bedroom, is a beautiful brand-new marble jacuzzi spa which can be set up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit! The 3 sun shelves in the pool, provide the perfect spots to sunbathe while keeping it cool at the same time. LED lighting and bubblers throughout the pool. An iPad is attached to the walls by the kitchen in order to set the water temperatures to your preference and favorite colors based on your mood :)

The pergola is large and feels like a home in itself, it offers amazing relaxation and most people never want to leave this area. Re arrange the light but comfy sectional to however you prefer it and bring the hammock under for ultimate relaxation. You will also conveniently find fans, a smart TV, and Bluetooth-connected Bose outdoor speakers. (Please respect neighboring properties and obey the noise restrictions beginning at 10pm)

Feel free to enjoy a designer outdoor kitchen and fire up our recently installed top-of-the-line Twin Eagles grill and appliances with your friends and family for a nice barbecue on a beautiful sunny day in South Florida. The outdoor kitchen area has a refrigerator, trash drawer, sink, 12-inch industrial burner, and very spacious countertops with barstool seating. Also plenty of outlets for charging your electronics.

There is a 75 foot long dock along the waterfront. Available upon request is a Boat Lift and Jet Ski floating dock.

Enjoy a game of ping-pong and/or corn hole right by the pool! All while keeping privacy within the Landscaping surrounding the backyard!

When ready to relax in the house after enjoying the sun, bring down the automated black-out shades to make the living room dark while watching whatever you please on the 8K 75-inch Samsung TV, along with its amazing matching sound system. The luxury of a designer leather Natuzzi L-shaped recliner tops this experience off. A desk and printer is located in the foyer area if you prefer air conditioned working space while enjoying a view.

The bedrooms also have black out shades, smart tv’s and desks to get some light work done during your Staycation. High end Beautyrest mattresses in bedrooms.

The house has been updated with a whole house water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis filtration system located near the kitchen sink for probably the healthiest /cleanest drinking water you can possibly get.

The indoor kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to make a great meal. You will find a smart Samsung refrigerator that provides you with ice and water in addition to connecting your phone to play music and looking up recipes on its large screen. Kitchen includes: All utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, colander, grater, peeler, dishes, bowls, wine glasses, Coffee maker, brand kitchen amenities and much more. Ample coffee, tea, and many spices available as well.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Blowdryer

The Pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and several chairs. Towels are also provided. We provide some paper plates, solo cups, and plastic-ware for outdoor dining.
