Welcome to our Kokomo paradise. Take a break and relax in this oasis of peace with friends and family. This stylish and spacious home has everything you need for your dream getaway. This hidden gem has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in the heart of Ft Lauderdale. Outdoor kitchen and dining area, and plenty of room for games, kids, and dogs!



The Space:

A beautiful and spacious house to spend time with your family or group of friends. Includes a large backyard area with a barbeque, dining space, an several different seating areas. If you are looking to have fun in the Florida heat you are in the perfect place, with a big pool, various pool games, beach chairs, and beach towels all being included in your stay! You will receive all the necessary check in information the day before your arrival.



Guest Access:

The guests have access to the entire property, and will receive a front door code prior to arrival. We recommend for guests to use only the keypad to open and lock the front door. The bottom lock requires a key that is hanging to the right of the front door. Guests are responsible for lockouts and any fees incurred to regain access.

Nestled in the charming city of Oakland Park, our Kokomo Paradise offers a fantastic location. You'll find yourself just a short drive from the vibrant heart of Fort Lauderdale, known for its beautiful beaches and lively atmosphere. Explore local dining options within a few miles, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. For your convenience, shops and essential services are also easily accessible. The neighborhood itself has a relaxed, friendly vibe, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything while still enjoying a tranquil retreat. Specific attractions and distances can be provided upon request to help you plan your perfect stay.

Interaction with Guests:

Guests will be able to have a contactless check in, but we are always available to assist our guests with whatever they need and they can contact us through their booking channel.
