Gated private pool house with plenty of parking. This unique 3000sf 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath split level floor plan is located steps away from Fort Lauderdale Beach on the finger streets. It has a lagoon in the backyard with kayaks, that put you right in the heart of Hugh Taylor Birch Park. This house invites you to lounge in your own private pool, take a 2 minute walk to the beach, hangout at each of the themed areas, grill on the barbecue or take the kayaks for a stroll down to Hugh Taylor Birch Park. The entire home has been adorned with new furniture, cookware and decor with the guests needs always in mind. The bench swing pergola is also a nice getaway and the hammock will surely be a hit after long days on the beach. The backyard is also equipped with a mosquito repellent system. Historic Las Olas Blvd and downtown Fort Lauderdale are a short ride share or golf cart service away.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Alinna! The house was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to enjoy both the beach and the nearby park. Having the kayak available was a great bonus. Everything was clean, private, and exactly as described. Thank you for making our weekend stay so enjoyable we’d love to return!

Great location

Great house. We will definitley stay again. The back yard was fantastic (huge for Lauderdale) and the pool was great. There aren't very many places in Fort Lauderdale with a property backed up to a state park (no houses behind the house). We loved seeing all the wild life during the day. The only "complaints" we have are; It was a little scary for the kids to stay down stairs because they had to go outside to go back and forth to the main floor (not a big deal). Also, there was not a lot of sitting space inside. A bigger couch would have been great. If a lager group would have come the couch would have a been an issue.

Another Amazing Week At Casa Alinna

We returned for a second year to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and Spring Break with friends and family at Casa Alinna. The cleanliness, prime location, and quiet setting of this home makes it one that we will return to again and again. We loved seeing the ocean out front and having the nature view out back. Erick is fantastic to deal with - looking forward to another visit soon!

Fantastic Staycation Home

Great communication, easy to find, spotless, so quiet, plenty of room to spread out both indoors and outdoors. Very short walk to the beach!! We are local and this was a wonderful house for my family's staycation!! Definitely plan to return in the future.

Amazing location and beautiful setting!

We had a wonderful time! You can’t help but to stare out the backyard taking in the uniqueness of the location and the fact that the home was just a few short steps from the beach was amazing! It was fantastic having all the items you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach! We definitely recommend this home and hope to visit again in the near future!

Family Vacation Spot

The location of Casa Alinna can’t be beat. Literally seconds from the beach. They provide everything you need too! The main area of the house was awesome - open floor plan. Master bedroom and bathroom are great. One thing we didn’t quite understand ahead of time - it isn’t described in the listing - was that the additional two bedrooms are in the basement and only accessible from the outdoors. This felt a little strange for our younger kiddos. And one bedroom is a renovated garage that opens to the other half of the garage. The lagoon behind the house is a beautiful spot!

Perfect area & great wildlife viewing

Great home for wildlife out the backyard, beach views from the front yard porch. A short walk to the beach & restaurants. The house was a perfect setup for our teenage kids to have the lower level to themselves (no interior access to lower level- access to main level up stairs through patio door) Large yard with nice pool, 2 kayaks available to explore the nature preserve. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Best family vacation spot

Far and away our families favorite vacation spot. Walking distance to the beach. The beach is less than 1 block away. You own private heated pool. And the wildlife is simply incredible to watch as the location backs up to a state park. We’ve been two years running and God willing will return in years to come. Oh and Erick is the best. Quick response, amazingly accommodating, can’t say enough good things about this place.

Amazing Location

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood four other times - and this was by far our favorite location! Having an ocean view from the kitchen and walls of windows overlooking a nature oasis was phenomenal. The property manager Erick was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house was very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property, great location, wonderful host

Everything was perfect. This is a wonderful property with a beautiful garden (and lots of animals - iguanas, ducks, raccoons, squirrels, egrets) close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house has everything that you need and could possibly ask for. Erick, the host, was super responsive and very kind. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Fort Lauderdale Casa Alinna is the one to book!

We LOVED this property. Everything is top of the line from the sheets to the Wolf oven and cooktop and beautiful large (and spotlessly clean) fridge. We were in 1 short walking distance to A1A and the beach and state park.

Wonderful property & host

We (myself, husband, son & girlfriend) love this property! Son & girlfriend had their own private quarters while me & hubby took the main floor. Location is amazing as you have the beach steps away, pool & our favorite - the backyard! We spent hours watching the wildlife, then took a swim and later headed to the ocean. Absolutely perfect! Cannot say enough about the host! Super responsive and very very kind. We will definitely book again. Regret? That we couldn’t stay longer :)

Fantastic property in a great location

This property has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. The expansive lot boasts a large pool with plenty of outdoor seating in front and in back. You can even launch your kayak in the backyard. The ducks and iguanas are friendly. Enjoy the fabulous ocean view from the kitchen featuring subzero and wolf appliances with beautiful stone countertops. The host provides full size containers of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent when most rentals provide only tiny containers. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfy. The primary bathroom shower head is really nice. There is an abundance of towels for showering and beach use. An unexpected amenity was the beach cart with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. It made the short walk to the beach very easy. This property works well for a large family as the two other sleeping areas are downstairs with exterior access. The kiddos can stay downstairs and contain all the noise while the adults can relax upstairs. Or, two couples could have their own privacy and personal space. The host was very responsive and made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Mothers day in Ft. Lauderdale

My family and I had an awesome stay at Summer Joy Rental. The property was very baby / kid proofed which was awesome as we traveled with a 20 m/o. The pool was beautiful and warm. My son loved!!! watching the Iguanas and ducks in the morning. The home was immaculate and fully equipped with items that you would normally have to purchase at other rental properties. I would absolutely recommend this property for your next stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

Perfect Location

The location of this property was perfect. Super quick walk to the beach, but felt very private at the end back lot of the street. The property has so many amenities, everything you would need for a perfect beach vacation. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a football for my boys to play on the beach. We used the kayaks and loved them. The downstairs bedroom and game room area was perfect for my three teenage boys. We will definitely stay here again!
