The entire waterfront residence is yours: three private en-suite bedrooms, 3.5 baths, open living and dining areas, and a chef's kitchen with Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances, Crate & Barrel cookware and a Nespresso bar. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and a full laundry room make longer stays easy.
Step Outside
Enjoy the heated pool, loungers, covered outdoor dining, poolside TV, putting green, private courtyard and waterfront dock. Fishing rods are provided for quiet afternoons by the canal.

Good to Know
The garage is reserved for the owners. Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may enter the property, with a maximum overnight occupancy of six. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, and children must be supervised at all times near the pool, dock and canal.

The Boathouse is approximately 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Free on-site parking is provided, and Uber and Lyft are readily available for trips to Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Hard Rock Stadium.
Nearby I-95, Florida’s Turnpike and US-441 provide convenient access to Miami, Hollywood and West Palm Beach. A rental car is helpful for broader South Florida travel, while rideshare is convenient for local dining, beaches and events.

The Boathouse is a peaceful residential retreat. Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may enter the property, and maximum overnight occupancy is six.
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Small pets may be considered according to the reservation terms.
The heated pool, private dock and outdoor areas are for registered guests only. Children must be supervised at all times near the pool and water. Exterior security cameras monitor entrances and outdoor areas for safety; there are no interior cameras.
Optional private yacht charter, in-home chef and concierge services may be arranged in advance and are not included in the nightly rate.
