Waterfront, Pool, Walk to Beach: Prime Location

Luxe Breeze is one of the few Fort Lauderdale houses that offer both easy walking distance to the beach and a private, useable waterfront with a pool. Hard Rock Stadium is a close drive so stay here for the World Cup! Brand new on the market and freshly renovated with an entire exterior makeover. With it being a newly listed rental, the reviews are limited but everyone agrees, you and your group will love this private resort. In all of Fort Lauderdale, there are only a handful of houses closer to the beach. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach on quiet streets and a path- since there is limited parking in the area, it is never overly crowded. The brand new seawall and wrap around dock at the house are great for tying up your boat, fishing, or just enjoying the water views and sunsets. The back seawall and dock is 70’ long while the side/end seawall and dock is around 50’. Just be aware that there is one 7’ fixed bridge (at high tide) that the boat must be able to go under to make it into the intercostal or ocean- depending on the tides, there can be up to 10'-11' of clearance. The views from the property include Pier 66, which is especially cool at night, the 17th Street Bridge when drawn up, the new Broward County Convention Center and Omni Hotel, and docked cruise ships at Terminal 4. Enjoy the sunsets looking down the intercostal from the tropical end sitting area. The sounds of ships throughout the day let you know when to look out front to see them driving by. Over 15,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor space.

Outside is a true private resort: Heated salt water pool that is lit at night, various chairs and recliners, outdoor umbrella, outdoor shower for after swimming, artificial turf throughout, cornhole, pool basketball hoop, pool volleyball net, and a large floating dock. There are various outdoor sitting, dining, and work areas. For safety, there is a removable baby fence around the pool. If you don’t have kids it can be stored on your arrival. There are plenty of fences so children can play safely and parents can relax.


Inside, the lush waterfront views are everywhere: The entire house is one level, has beautiful marble floors, and has a waterfront or tropical view from every window. Luxe Breeze is equipped for you to show up with only a carry-on. Most things that would make your stay easier are included like napkins, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, sheets/linens, pillows, bedding, bath towels, beach towels, printer, hairdryer, and even a pre-trip shopping service with fridge and freezer unload if you need it (for an added fee).


Livingroom: The best room in the house, overlooking the saltwater intercostal waterway, pool, and lush landscaping under the slightly vaulted ceiling, surrounded by windows.
• This large living room could be called a sun room, with a large wrap around window bench and wide 8 blade ceiling fan
• The view overlooks the entire backyard and pool with a unique view of water and vegetation
• The side door provides easy access to the deck and pool
• Very large, comfortable sectional couch facing a 55” TV with live Hulu
• In the corner is the office nook with a separated desk and chair. The printer makes for a solid workstation
• There is another new modern sleeper couch with rollout setup, great for more couch space and overflow
• When sitting in the living room at night you will be overlooking the illuminated pool, intercostal, and a colorfully lit up Pier 66 for a beautiful nighttime view


Kitchen: The modern art deco kitchen is one of the more unique spaces in the house. Fully stocked for all of your needs, the door leads to the covered porch and wonderful side courtyard.
• Reverse osmosis drinking water at the sink. Pure PFA free water on demand
• Large fridge with double freezer
• New 3 burner Weber gas grill in the courtyard just outside the kitchen door. Two propane tanks so you will not run out.
• New coffee maker, Keurig, and whole bean grinder, along with R/O water, create an ideal coffee setup
• Full kitchen including updated knives, glass storage containers, a Ninja blender, and most other accessories.
• All pots and pans have been updated and are PFA free
• Kitchen basics are provided: napkins, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, among other items.


Dining and open gathering area: This is the center of the house with lots of space and open room with views out front and back
• Large glass table for seating of at least 6
• Open room and sitting area with two swivel chairs and no clutter for flexibility
• When you hear the horn, look out the front picture windows and see the cruise ships go by in the distance
• Two double doors lead to the main deck and pool access, with indoor entry rugs for coming and going


Master Bedroom: A courtyard view with walk in closet and en suite bathroom make this ideal for those traveling in for an event

Bathroom #2: Situated between bedroom # 2 and #3, this large, marble bathroom has a modern tropical look.
• There is a large walk in glass and marble shower, a vanity with plenty of space, a very large countertop for getting ready, and a large mirror.


There are a number of outdoor and beach specific supplies and items that we have to make your stay easier including a Yeti cooler, lots of beach chairs, a wagon to pull beach supplies to the beach, and a beach umbrella, The garage provides storage and a washer/ dryer. While this doesn’t provide parking, there is ample space out front for 3 vehicles. Inside the garage, look for the DeWalt battery powered blower to blow off debris anytime you need it. Due to the lush, tropical landscape, the turf, deck, and dock can sometimes become dirty in between the weekly lawn services. Similarly, you will also see a pool skimmer in the garage or around the pool. Use that as you need to refresh the pool from leaves between the weekly cleanings.
