A Snow Fort III is the perfect dream rental located on a quaint tree-lined street in the highly sought-after Poinsettia Heights neighborhood. Location Location Location – only minutes from the beach, adjacent to Wilton Manor and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shopping.
A Snow Fort III is a well-appointed 2-bedroom & 2 bath home that offers all of the comforts of home including spacious well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, King beds in well-appointed bedrooms, and stunning backyard retreat with heated pool all of which is perfect for families, friends and couples.
FEATURES: A Snow Fort III is a 1500 sq.ft. sunlit oasis with abundant windows adorned by custom shutters, open floorplan with sunroom overlooking the landscaped poolside backyard, a gourmet kitchen with large island overlooking the living room and sunroom/dining room area that seats up to 8 people, a living room area with Queen sleeper sofa, wall-mounted Smart-TV including Netflix and Prime, a blue-tooth enabled sound system with speakers throughout, and WI-FI throughout. Each bedroom has a King bed with designer furniture and wall-mounted smart TV’s. The spacious bathrooms are well-appointed with fresh linens and towels.
PRIVATE BACKYARD & POOL OASIS: The house feature and amazing private resort-style back yard, which is quiet, private and fully fenced in. The backyard features a large kidney-shaped swimming pool, outdoor shower, large patio areas with designer chaise lounges, Adirondack chairs, comfy hammock, dining table, chairs, sofa and large Weber gas grill for a beautiful pool-side dinner. Seating includes 6 chaise lounges with cocktail tables for each, dining table with umbrella for 4-5, comfy tree-lined hammock, cozy couch and coffee table for 2, and 3 pool side Adirondack chairs. Wake up in the morning for a pool side cup of coffee, spend a day in the sun, and top of the evening with a pool side dinner enhanced by the soft landscape lighting.
IDEAL LOCATION: A Snow Fort III is a 5-7 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale, less than 10 minutes away from Las Olas, 2-3 minutes from Wilton Manor, a short taxi ride to the Fort Lauderdale airport, and walking distance to shopping including Whole Foods, Publix, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Sephora, Walgreens, Starbucks, liquor store, restaurants, and more.
AMENITIES: A Snow Fort II is well equipped with WI-FI throughout, Bluetooth enabled sound system, 3 wall-mounted Smart TVs with Netflix and Prime. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, a toaster, tea kettle, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and a fridge with ice maker. A stylish Zen space to recharge

We absolutely loved our stay at The Zen House —it was the perfect retreat for our little family getaway. The property had such a calm, inviting vibe both inside and out. The beautifully landscaped yard, private pool, and cozy hammock created a true tropical oasis that was peaceful and relaxing. Inside, the home felt like a stylish Palm Springs escape—every detail of the décor was thoughtfully done and added to the serene atmosphere. It was the ideal spot for a quiet, playful retreat and just what we needed to unwind. Highly recommend for small families looking for a chill, well-designed space to recharge! The owner and property manager were great and accessible!

Absolute Gem

This property is exactly as advertised. Pictures are accurate and the home is very clean, warm and welcoming. Pool was well maintained and the backyard has plenty of room for relaxing. The neighbourhood is centrally located and walkable to many shops, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Our family enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this property to anyone. The property management group was phenomenal and extremely helpful.

Chill Poolside Oasis - Fantastic value

My wife, son, and I spent a week in this home in July of 2022. Great neighborhood (walkable to several breakfast spots), tree lined streets, and kind and courteous neighbors. The house is well appointed, very well decorated, and has everything you need for a poolside retreat. The hammock is the perfect spot for an afternoon nap. Plenty of chairs for laying out in the private backyard make this feel like a private villa. Excellent communication with owner and property management company. The only item that we didn't love was the firmness of the mattresses (this is a personal preference, and not a mark against the home, as we prefer a slightly softer sleeping accommodation)

Amazing rental!

I only have great things to say about this house and the owner! Allen wrote back to me immediately every time I had a question leading up to our stay....even if I wrote him late at night! He was super accessible and thought of everything! There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, beach towels, shower towels, and even beach chairs to borrow!! The pool is super clean and heated! We came for an escape from Boston's weather this January and used the pool every single day. The backyard's landscape is gorgeous and has sun all day long (AND a shade spot too all day). We absolutely loved the outdoor shower too! The house is modern clean and super comfortable. Lastly, great neighborhood! I took my one year old for a run every day and everyone was super friendly :) HIGHLY recommend :)

A relaxing week in paradise!

My family of 5, which consists of 2 teenagers, & a 6 year old, thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house & backyard oasis! We spent a lot of time in the pool, every day! The house is beautifully decorated & well equipped, with everything you need! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, as well. We plan to be back, next year!

A Very Special Place

We spent a month in this lovely, serene and immaculately clean house. From the outside, it looks small, but once inside it magically becomes a spacious, airy and beautifully lit paradise. The decor is tastefully contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The living/dining area is surrounded by windows and glass doors and opens out upon the delightful pool area. There are numerous seating areas both in the sun and shade. The hammock is a plus. We spent loads of time in the pool and just hanging in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. The location is ideal, very close to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc. The owner is very accommodating and responsive. Overall, this house surpassed our expectations.
