The property was beautiful! Clean. easy check-in, walked from train station and we had a view of the Duomo'. Would highly recommend!

We loved this place. the lobby to the building could use a little update, but once you are in the rooms it is very nice. It is a bit noisy at night being so close to the Duomo and not having Air conditioning in March/April, we had to open the windows to get some cool air in order to sleep and this made it very noisy inside for a couple of hours at night. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and had nice details. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

２泊しました(朝ごはんはつけませんでした)。 アクセスはとても良く、観光には便利でした。 ドゥオーモにも歩いて2分程度でした。 受付の人もとても対応が良く、チェックイン時間前でしたが、部屋の準備が整っているため、部屋に案内してくれました。 部屋は割と清潔でしたが、壁が薄いために隣部屋の電話が鳴った音で夜中に起こされました。また、セキュリティボックスの使い方が不明でした。 歯ブラシはないので、持参することをお勧めします。

A delightful place to stay. The location is fantastic, the staff are warm, helpful and communicative, and the furnishings are lovely. Good sized rooms with a comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and a unique and homely feel.

We stayed here two nights. Great location, walkable to lots of fantastic restaurants. Felt very safe staying here. Nice little room with all the amenities we could need (a/c, full bathroom, water, etc.). Would stay again!

The room we were assigned was very tired. Bathroom was old, black mold around shower, broken dryer, burnt out lights in half of bathroom made it hard to see to put make up on, lamp light was also not working. They need to renovate rooms in 4th floor or not charge top dollars for them! Ask for 3rd floor rooms where they have done renovated rooms.

There are something the property management can do to help customers to find the way easier. We used Google map and it gives wrong location on the map. But the picture from the property also misleading, it looks like right above Prada shop, but actually it is located opposite side of Prada. Calling reception did not help us. After 30 minutes circling around, a guy from different B&B in the same building helped us found the property. More details should be on the Expedia on how to get to the property, i am sure i am not the only one who wasted a lot of time.

You have to stay here!!
So amazing! We arrived early and they had a room ready for us! So clean and we loved the location. The use of the hotel bikes made the day of touring around Lucca a breeze! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location and very nice townhouse suite. Keep in mind the reception is not 24 hours. You don’t get this information when doing the booking. You will need to contact the property to get things arranged.

Location is great and that’s really what you are paying for. The breakfast was almost non-existent, and the rooms were just okay, although I give them credit for having a properly working A/C, which is rare in Italy! My main disappointment is that the rooms looked renovated and modern in the picture, and even though they were in great condition, they were actually pretty old. There was also a constant water leak in the hallway, but that didn’t bother us.

Eingang schwer zu finden, Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr zentrale Lage, nahe beim Hard Rock Cafe. Rezeption nur eingeschränkt erreichbar, nicht geeignet für sehr späte/frühe Anreise. Auch vor Ort muss man ggf. warten, da Personal vor Ort für alles zuständig ist. Frühstück gibt es in einem ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernten Hotel.

Weekend break in Florence
The hotel is very central with views of the duomo from our room window. It was very clean and comfortable too. Breakfast was very good and a very kind lady served us. The breakfast was served at another hotel close by and when we couldn’t find the breakfast hotel we called this hotel to help us with directions. The receptionist, Andrea, was very rude and didn’t want to help us. When we entered the hotel, he was arguing with someone else over the phone and rolled his eyes. He was arrogant and unporfessional to say the least and would have rated the hotel better if there was another receptionist instead of him.
