«We stayed at this resort last year and booked through Expedia and loved it but this year unfortunately didn’t have the same experience. Previously we checked in at the Expedia exclusive check in and were told we get a free upgrade. «We just returned from our 9 day stay and we absolutely loved it! The report was quiet but had enough for all of us to keep occupied. The pool was fabulous and the beach was something out of a dream. The service was top notch and the dinner restaurants were comparable to 5 star fine dining. «We were greatly impressed with the friendly service of all the staff at Villa La Estancia. The restaurants had delicious food plated so perfectly along with outstanding servers. «There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot! ...
