«Room was excellent and clean. So much provided in the room beverages! However you can ger variety of drinks and food all over the resort. The staff was funny and courteous making Christmas eve and day wonderful! The food on Christmas eve, WOW! There was entertainment in the evening but we were in total relaxation mode, only went one night! The staff keep it Christmas mode with the attire! »

«The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views onto the beach and ocean. Since we booked with Expedia, we were given the VIP treatment which was a surprise. A special checkin desk, Conierge service, and an incredible upgrade in our room! The staff was friendly, and constantly cleaning around the property. The food was plentiful, both in variety and quantity. Would look forward to staying here again.»

«Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away.
