«The elevators are extremely slow and the room I was in (333) was over the hotel entry. Guests outside were very loud until 2:30a. I could not sleep. At 12:30a, I called the front desk no answer and it took 3 tries to get a staff member who said she would call Security and ask the loud guests to relocate but never did. They continued another 2 hours. Very disappointed, this is a hotel for work purposes that I am/was hoping to stay at monthly»

«The room had a smell that was inescapable every time you walked into it. It wasn’t horrible horrible but it was there and it wasn’t pleasant. They charge ridiculous prices on snacks and beverages at the front desk… to a punishing level for not getting in your car and going a couple blocks to the convenient store. Lastly, there is a parking fee that was never made apparent. Felt like a gotcha on the way out. $15/day. Not super high but still not something you want to discover on checkout.»

«This property requires all people in your group to be over 21 with State ID or driver's license. The issue is if you are traveling with a passport you have to go through a strict screening. I felt they was worst this TSA and this is a casino hotel. I will not recommend going there for anything. We were going to a graduation and a member had traveled from Germany and we spent over an hour showing passports, credit cards and finally a return ticket before there Supervisor approve entry.»
