I truly don’t know where to begin. We were in town for the funeral of a very close Family member & our stay was awful.
The staff at check in was very sympathetic and knew how devastating our loss was.
Between the multiple calls I had to make to the front desk on our first night due to a domestic violence situation right in the front of the hotel entrance. Mind you, we were on the 4th floor and could hear the screaming and threats made between this couple clear as day, over the volume of our TV.
To returning back that evening in an uber, after a very difficult and emotional night with our grieving family members to a carport and lobby FULL of Police.
There was zero sleep that night.
Not to mention the room across the hall filled with no less than 9 unattended children. They ran through the halls, destroyed the breakfast area and literally threw the mounds of take out garbage at the walls near the ice machine/elevator. Zero parental involvement, nor attention from the hotel staff.
If I could give negative stars, I would.
Absolutely awful. During an already awful time.
