The whole stay was wild. Reggie, who checked me in, did the whole check-in process without saying a word to me. The heat in the room was broken and wouldn't go lower than 81 degrees. There was also dust dangling from the heating vent. I couldn't complain because the phone was broken, I went to the front desk and waited 15 minutes in an abandoned lobby, and eventually had to call in from my cell phone.
They moved me to a new room, and in the morning I discovered that the shower had no hot water. I tried to call down to the front desk, but there was no phone in the room.
I was moved to a third room, which had working heat, hot water, and a working phone. Unfortunately, this was when I discovered that the "in room dining" they offered from "7 am to 10 pm" did not exist, and if I wanted food I would have to go to the restaurant, which did not open until 5pm. Nor was the "Pronto Cafe" in the lobby open at any point during my stay.
Now I understand why I only saw two other guests the whole time I was there.
