«New property that is simply amazing. Very very quiet. Only 6 units. Our units kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space has each place is like a small apartment. Staff are always cleaning something, pool is cleaned everyday. There are about 6 restaurants with 1 km. There are two very friendly dogs on the premises,.neither of the dogs bark. They have a Tuk Tuk on premises to take you wherever you like for a fee. They also have a scooter for rent, 450php a day.»

«Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here. »

«The Resort had been up dated and I found to be very relaxing and very clean through out. I have no complaints only praise of the entire facility and the management was excellent . One could not go wrong by visiting Kellocks. I will always stay there when in the area.»

«Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff»

«Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back. »

«Host answers quickly. The place is clean and well maintained. We like the unit. Its quiet and love the privacy. Near the uptown mall, across. Nice area where you can walk around, do shome shopping, dining, etc. Would book it again. Love free parking 😆. »

«Stayed for 24 days and loves it here its pretty quiet at first the bed was a little too hard for me being a bigger guy, we talked to the management and they had a new bed brought to my room in like less than a day. The wifi is a little shotty but its good enough for watching netflix and amazon prime video you can buy a hot spot thats fairly decent if you wnna spend the money on it was like 4500 peso for the hotspot and like 1500 pesos which is like 80 bucks for a month which is cheaper than ...

«Lower tier accomodation in the middle of a people neighbourhood. You can walk in the street surounded by children as there is little trafic, and eat from a street eatery, which will allow you to fraternise with its owner, usually a lady. Sympathetic experience overall! A 20 minutes walk from the airport.»
