We were on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator, which was honestly better since we ate alot and needed that lil bit of exercise lol. Our room was really clean! «Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at your resort in the end of Febrary. ❤️ We plannned to stay there for two nights, extended it to four, all the last nights of our fantastic stay in Palawan. «It is absolutely a nice hotel, but when stating a "luxury hotel" at this price i believe it is reasonable to expect either local sim or wifi working in your room. If not it should be stated. Worse is when I tried to ask the kind and accomodating staff if it was the way it was, or a bad day, no one I asked dared really answear truthfully and just gave vague smiles.
