The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. «I checked in late at night, but there were no problems. The elevator didn't work at all on some days, and there were frequent power outages, so there are some issues with the facilities. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it is very convenient. The bedroom was on the road side leading to Tops, so it was noisy even at night and the soundproofing was not very good. The place is beautifully kept which gives you many opinions available to you. If I ever visit El Nido again I would definitely come back.»

«What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? «Very convenient location everything was within walking distance. My only complaints are that there were no towels for the gym and no cleaning spray for cleaning up after I sweated all over the equipment. Second was that the cleaning service was not that good. I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned and in 3 weeks the bathroom was never cleaned. For the price it was worth it and even with the complaints I was satisfied. »
