The apartment



Welcome to La Casita, your hideaway next to the ocean. Fully equipped with all the essentials, plus extra luxuries to make your stay even more enjoyable including a BBQ, Chromecast, Netflix, Nespresso coffee machine, snorkels, a beach umbrella, a mini cool bag and beach towels.



You will leave La Casita feeling relaxed, recharged and with the sound of the ocean in your memory.



Open plan living room and kitchen



Relax and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the two-seater sofa or armchair with the large windows wide open.



Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen using local produce from Tenerife's farmer's markets. The kitchen includes:

Washing machine (outside)

Cutlery

Pots and pans.



Eat at the breakfast bar, which separates the living room from the kitchen, or outside on the terrace.



Terrace



Soak in the breathtaking sunrises and sunshine all day long on the terrace with its south-easterly aspect.



There is an awning, a dining table with two chairs and two deck chairs.



Once the sun goes down, eat dinner on the terrace under a blanket of stars with the magical sound of the ocean.



You can take a dip in the ocean or paddle in the rock pools (depending on the tide) a few steps down from the apartment. You will find steps directly into the ocean along the pedestrian coastal footpath along the village.



Bedroom



The bedroom is small, but perfectly formed with large windows that look out to the ocean, a double bed (135 x 200 cm), reading lamps and built-in wardrobes to store your personal items.



The windows are dressed with opaque blinds for holiday lay-ins or afternoon siestas.



Bathroom



In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and space to store your toiletries.

Check-in / check-out



Our check-in time starts at 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. To make things more convenient for you, we will provide you with a code to the lockbox so you can retrieve the keys and check yourself in any time after 3 pm.



Online check-in before arrival

In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

Towels, linen and professional cleaning



We take pride in ensuring that our apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival.



We provide high-quality white bed linen and towels, and we kindly ask that you use them with care. Please refrain from using them to wipe up spills or dirt, or to remove makeup. In the event of stained linen or towels, we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace them.



We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel per guest, as well as one hand towel per bathroom. If you require a change of towels or bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.



Mid-stay cleaning



If you would like mid-stay cleaning, we offer this service at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Please send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.



Families



We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €25 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.



Remote working



If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



Pets



We accept small pets only on request. There is an additional charge of €40 per pet, per stay. Send us a message if you want to bring your pet.



The local area - Boca Cangrejo



The village of Boca Cangrejo was originally a fishing settlement with natural caves carved into the volcanic slopes of the island. It is now a peaceful neighborhood where fishermen, craftsmen, artists and local families coexist.



Boca Cangrejo is quiet and residential but comes alive at the weekends with day-trippers from the city and divers who come to explore the ocean.



There is a beautiful black volcanic sand beach, Playa La Nea, a short 300-meter stroll from the apartment.



We recommend you hire a car for your stay. It’s a short drive to get your groceries with a Lidl, Mercadona or Carrefour supermarket just 7 minutes drive away.



The next village along, Radazul, is just a 15-minute walk, where you can go sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling or have a drink or something to eat in one of its bars in the marina. There is also a small SuperDinosupermarket here.



We love the seclusion and the natural beauty of the area and we’re sure you will too. Boca Cangrejo is untouched by mass tourism but well-connected for exploring all that Tenerife has to offer.
