«Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day»

«I just returned from 5 days at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. It was a nice stay. The location worked well for being about a half an hour from the airport and just 15 minutes from the rainforest in Fajardo.
The grounds are beautiful and there’s a golf course there. The Puerto Rico open was happening while we were there. Surprisingly, that didn’t affect our stay at all.
I loved how secluded this resort is. Unlike other places, I’ve stayed on the island, there were no stray dogs hanging around, ...
