«Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. Luckily the bank rejected the payment and we resolved the issue with the property. -upon arrival, we noticed a lot of damage to the room. looks like ...

«We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!»

«Our suite was one of the highlights of our trip. It felt spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed coming back to it after long days at the beach. Lounge spa was another big plus and made the stay feel more special. We booked a treatment one afternoon and then spent the rest of the day by the pool. Breakfast was varied, and the restaurant selection was impressive. The whole property had a calm vacation atmosphere.»

«Palmera Beach resort is new and a really great place. We had a roof top apartment. The apartment was very clean except the jaccusi wich was not clan and contain a lot of sand. There was also very low water pressure in the showers. There is continusles bus transport to the beach (5 min walk), and the beach is super nice, and also the restaurant and bar. The best beach I have been to in DR. Some of the employer are slow to fiks ting, and the daily cleaning is not impressive. »
