«Loved the location right on the beach with close access to go back and forth to cottage, able to have some supplies in the cottage for when you don’t want to leave but also close enough to walk to other dining options. The beach area was clean and felt private, and the host communicated with us throughout our stay, even helped me set up a birthday surprise for my husband!»

«Absolutely gorgeous! Check in process and communication were super easy! The house was perfect for my husband & I. Host had a little welcome gift of snacks and delicious deli salads. Views were spectacular! House was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor shower & perfect for us! Pool is chilly so we didn't spend much time in it. «Nice small house on Coral Bay that meets all the requirments.AC worked well, pool was nice and a well stocked kitchen. We had daily visits from the goats that came to drink from the pool but didn't really bother us at all. Parking is a little challenging but we managed, just take it slow as you back down the narrow driveway. «Very clean and a central location. Air conditioning also worked well. Appreciated available chairs and towels. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not work. Host contacted repairman however they did not come during our stay. Location is noisy due to the busy street and neighbors rooster, of which is not within the hosts' control. «Great communication, even before we arrived in USVI. As we drove off the car barge, we were greeted by Jena and was escorted to the house. This was greatly appreciated as maps sometimes do not work well on the island. Jena provided us with a tour of the house and gave us local information throughout the week when we asked. Great host!»

St. John is generally a safe place, but the outer gate to the property makes it feel even more secure. Property owners/managers are incredibly responsive and timely to any questions.
