«We stayed at this hotel at two occations. Our second stay was the most pleasent one, when we had a nicer room and there was a different receptionist, a woman who was sweet, smiling and informative. This hotel has two beautiful swimmingpools, make sure you see both before deciding on which you want to use, they have a beautiful breakfast area, tasty breakfast, pleasant and smiling staff in general, large rooms/apartments. «Ok hotel og vennlig betjening. Fin lokasjon med jungel og dyreliv tett på. Bærer preg av enkle løsninger og svarer ikke til prisnivået. Få kontakter for å lade opp elektronisk utstyr. Dårlig frokost med lang ventetid og små porsjoner. Betjeningen gjør sitt beste, men løper litt mye hvis det er mange som har behov for service samtidig. Liten og enkel meny i retauranten. Svømmebasseng hvor mosaikkflisene løsner og flyter rundt i vannet er ikke bra. Avhengig av vann på flaske, da vannet ikke er ...

«Likte oss godt på det rolige hotellet, som hadde store rom/leiligheter. Leilighetene hadde kjøkken. Hotellet var lite og oversiktlig og godt tilrettelagt for rullestolbrukere. Frokosten ved bassenget var fantastisk, der kokken serverte flere ulike retter. Dessverre var det litt for kaldt vann i bassenget. I området rundt hotellet var det masse bra restauranter, og det var enkelt å gå til sentrum (som tok cirka en time). »

«Was easy check in, a nice central outdoor shared space with a pool. Only problem was the shower water pressure was very low. Besides that great value for location. Nice fridge, ac worked fine, and everything was clean »

«Not sure id recommend for single travellers it's on a back street - near a busy bar. i turned the fan on to drown out the street noise. Lots of men hanging around. But you get what you pay for. clean comfortable bed. Basic apartment but fine for just a sleep over»

«This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.»

«The room was great, well-stocked, very spacious, and the staff were excellent. The only annoying thing was that there was a humidifier that no one told me about that I had to empty myself every day. Apart from that, highly recommend! »
