One of the best parts of staying here is how easy it is to enjoy the island. Cruise the coast in style with the included 6-seater golf cart and take a quick 2 to 3 minute ride to local shops, restaurants, and all the action. Start your mornings on the large deck with coffee in hand, or wind down in the evening with dinner outside at the dining table for eight while the coastal breeze rolls through.
If you love being near the water, you'll enjoy taking a stroll to the nearby marina to watch the fishermen come in with their fresh catches. Or book your own fishing adventure and bring home dinner. With ample parking, there's even space to bring your boat along. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or do a little of both, Casita Del Mar offers comfort, convenience, and a true taste of coastal living.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Same-day bookings are not guaranteed.
• If you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out directly to finalize the rental details.
• This home is not within walking distance to the beach (approximately a 20+ minute walk).

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home includes beach gear credit so you can select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
